About Me
Hello, my name is Mehak Aggarwal! I’m a creative and passionate person who likes to express her thoughts, experiences, and skills in front of the world. I enjoy gardening, photography, writing, sports, and art-all these activities bring joy to my life and make me discover myself in different ways.
Writing has always been a passion. During 7th grade, I started a blog. Gradually, my digital presence expanded to various websites, social media pages, and even a YouTube channel. So far, I am proud of my journey and the people I’ve crossed paths with whom I share the same passions and interests. Through my blog, I share adventure, creative pursuits, and experiences. I look forward to continuing that same journey, growing, and learning from each new post.
I also love music. I play piano, harmonium, and xylophone besides loving music I had won prizes at basketball and handball tournaments. It’s this love for games and music which keeps me fit and on my toes as I discover more of each field.
I also watch many Asian dramas and films. It is great to feel proud of myself for being able to communicate in Chinese language as well. An interest in many different cultures and languages really broadened my horizons, making me relate to other people from diverse backgrounds. Being able to understand and appreciate the differences among cultures is very important, especially at present, and I am always eager to learn more.
Some experiences in my life taught me to be a member of UNICEF since 2018. These experiences helped me grow as an individual and professionally. I am grateful for all the skills and knowledge that have been acquired through these.
I never thought that the time would come when I would be in a position to share my work with the world. At worst, I was shy and behind-the-scenes, acting out a charade that my self-worth wasn’t defined by applause from others. After all, I knew who I was, what I represented, and that was enough.
Time flew by, and I found myself entering a new phase of my lifeā¦
With a mix of excitement and nervousness touching the walls of my heart, I began my undergraduate program in Computer Science and Mathematics at Delhi University. In this new phase of life, numerous new challenges and opportunities awaited me.
The whole academic atmosphere of Delhi University compelled me to grow not only intellectually but as a person as well. I was mesmerized by the subtleties of computer science and the beauty of mathematical concepts. An abundance of time was spent reading textbooks, attending lectures, working on projects, and trying to absorb knowledge in every possible way.
Humble and private was my style, believing that my self-worth is not defined by external validation. I knew who I was and what I stood for; that is enough to make me live my life.
However, when I grew older and entered the real world, I realized that self-expression leads one to success. I had realized that keeping my talents and accomplishments was not humility but a narrow limit to my growth, after seeing how others confidently shared their stories, skills, and experiences.
Anchoring the NSS Fest during my undergraduate studies, and conducting awareness drives through my memberships in NCC, NSS, and Eco Club. I have also participated in various competitions, such as poster making and essay writing, and have organized both online and offline competitions and webinars, showcasing my organizational capabilities. Additionally, I possess skills such as creativity, sense of responsibility, and team leadership, with experience in managing outreach programs. Furthermore, I have creative writing skills, making me a well-rounded individual with a range of skills and experiences.
At Last I want to say that I am who I am, for better or for worse, what you see is what I am , accept me or not as because I am not gona change for anyone. I am happy who am I. As it define my unique character and a different way to see this world.
